The idea is to provide a serene, calm environment, therefore good study conditions and not a space for parties and socialisation . For those who want to socialise and entertain themselves with guests constantly etc, there is a better place for you out there I am sure. I provide high-quality daily bedding (Retractable bed "Le Maison du Convertible" including a mattress at 800E, not just a sofa bed but a real daily usage bed), a large mirrored wardrobe, a well-stocked library, good size shelves and a desk of course. Ideal for those who really want to focus on their studies. If you have impeccable behaviour, I can help you with the cooking, but you must provide your own products. Warning: This accommodation is strictly NO smoking, smokers refrain even if they do not plan to smoke inside; moreover, shoes are prohibited inside. This property is not eligible for government help (Aide au logement/APL etc) I am looking for someone calm, discreet and serious.
